Didn't even think of that. The cooldown change is going to have huge benefits with quickcast.

the thing is it doestn need to be tested.

if you can do simple math, its easy to see that the new staff is worse.

The runewords made were never meant to replace the best gear. They have said over and over again they were looking to add some stuff to the middle of the game which I believe they have accomplished.

The buffs to most things were kept at a minimum because it's the first patch in what 11 years? This is something that can and will keep adjusting.

The point is that they have added more options build wise for us and items to use before you get the better gear.

Too many people don't understand the concept of what's going on here. And no they aren't going to balance around pvp ever so get that out of your head if your going to mention zon/ama/pal or nec buffs.

They didn't ruin any current builds but they made new builds viable. So that's a success

They should just delete the skill from the tree entirely. It's not fair

Those are synergies for the given skill from lightning fury.

Lightning fury is the same. Its the other skills that now don't need it as a synergy...

hmm. do all the synergies remain with Fury as before?
