Does ias really work from broken weapons? Normally it doesnt, broken weapon is like theres no weapon in the slot. None of the bonuses add to your main hand or character. Or am I wrong

I cant add something to the topic but i can say i kill diablo with 2 ebotd ba in 5 seconds average and a total cs clear without eni takes 3:00

someone could test but it seems like an extremely trivial thing to accomplish either way, literally any 40% eias weapon, you can probably shop one from larzuk and break it in a few minutes or just use random crap uniques

i cant remember do we still re-equip the broken weapon if say you die and are getting ur body back (pk/pvp scenario) or does it go back into your charm/item inventory slots and no longer equipped? I never actually died with broken gear on so i wouldnt know lol

I don't know if str/dex from charms has anything to do with ww bug, where your str comes from might not matter, I don't know. Enigma is not playing a roll in me equipping my weapons. I am wearing an Enigma wyrmhide though.

The horadric malus is just for style and unrelated. I used a broken crystal sword also.

You do not get any bonus from a broken weapon (ias or auras etc). It's as if you're not holding it.

I just test it with my ww barb (with zero cb on gear, just pure raw damage)
1st test - 395 Grief pb + broken dirk vs p1 hell baal = 36 sec
2nd test - 395 Grief pb + 380 Grief pb vs p1 hell baal = 40 sec
3rd test - 395 Grief pb alone vs p1 hell baal = 66 sec (obviously)
(rng is kinda bad while doing second test, so the kill time it's almost the same for first and second, I guess it's safe to say that this is true)
