I’m too lazy to go read the ToS but I’d imagine there is something in there referring to abusing exploits. I doubt blizz will do anything. Not sure they’ve done that in D2r (maybe I’m wrong???) but blizzard has definitely banned folks for abusing similar exploits in d4 several times.
