Foh will not “shotgun” baal lol
He will get hit by a single bolt doing less dmg than either casting hammer or holy bolt

Also, I’d like someone to correct me if I’m wrong here, but I think Foh also applies 1 bolt dmg to its main target?
So casting it on tentacles is useless as it can only allow him to tele away before getting hit (some1 can confirm?)

I actually tried it all the time , I can see significant damage to be honest, a few tentacles behind baal and 1 or two in front of him I cast it on the one in front of him and a few went through him

I know they go through him, but I dont think he actually gets damaged by more than one.
I dont have a foh to test this right now sadly

if you do , give it a try, FOH Bolt damage is weak compared to hammers and holy bolt, but when I spam 1 or two with tentacles behind him and one or two infront, i can see his life goes down quite obviously faster.

which is also the reason why I always herd them like cows in chaos and 1 shot them. the unqiues and champions have a lot more life but they go down in 1 shot. I do believe they shot gun .

Played around with the build a bit this morning using a budget scepter on 86fcr. Not sure whether I prefer 86fcr or 125fcr for the faster tele / hammer cast speed when I decide to spam hammers. So far I've had the best survivability using a Might merc, hes only really died from p8 Diablo's firestorm attack.

Not too bad scepter for budget
