Its not possible to get flagged for receiving items even if duped. It just disappears thats your only punishment.
In d3 there were some item related flags, for example you traded item with the same person that you bought rmh items from.
In d2r there are no such flags.

Since most bot programs have random movement inside their algorithms these days not to get banned it is every likely to get banned when only doing something slightly different than before. I suggest completely switching routes and zones then coming back. Also don't screw with the game files guys. You manipulate the loading screen, you manipulate the game and the program will ban you eventually. You use maphack, you will get banned, you do any kind of fucking with the game files, you get banned.

Also you dupe or bug abuse, you will be banned by the software.
