I don't think his physical resistance has been changed. I'll do the same with hammerdin and sorc soon for comparison.

Ported over my damach zon

78k plague over 21 seconds is now 13.6k plague over 3 seconds
as expected (~3700 dps -> ~4500 dps, 21s -> 3s)

confirmed: dodge/evade/avoid do not interrupt animations at all and do not disable you in any apparent way shape or form.If you are running, you don't even see the evade animation even though it literally only trigger while you move, and it appears that you can take any action out of dodge/evade/avoid without having to finish the animation, so its basically the same as an idle animation now
they just went from "zon stuns herself like mad" into "this is literally free EHP with no downside whatsoever"
even clawblock still requires you to actually block... and not be moving

between this and some of what I've seen, I'm guessing right now that players have been reduced to dealing like 10, 15 or 20% damage to bosses. Maybe 17% damage to bosses, like the PvP penalty
this would be like how mercenaries barely scratch bosses, BUT crushing blow is fully effective

I think that's whats going on in your video: player damage output is absolutely gigantically nerfed vs bosses, but crushing blow is not.

Yeah, that would be my guess. Even when he is cursed with decrepify my dmg to hi is pathetic compared to 2.3
