Rockstopper (NM Meph 1:848, Andy was better chances) can be a solid helm if you don't find gaze at speed you want. Even if Meph unlikely to drop Pul, chest behind Meph and his Trav are quite a bit better odds if I'm remembering NM math right.

I'm not sure how to stream but I'll look into it when it's time for progression. At the moment the runs are so long and boring, with little to no drops, it would be so boring to watch. I will make an effort to set up streaming before I take on Hell + ubers etc.

Running NM Meph. I'd love to post some updates but I am simply not finding anything at the moment.
The runs are very long - they take about 5 minutes each for a single Meph kill. All that to only get an 85% MF kill. So far I have not done many runs, it's always tough getting started when the runs are so miserable haha. But one solid upgrade that makes the runs more bearable and I'm sure I'll be zooming through the runs. But yeah, as of right now, nothing to report.
However I've started swapping to a higher MF% immediately before final hit. So I'm now killing with 175%ish MF at least. It just felt so shitty taking 5 full mins to get the kill just to see a bunch of magic items. So at least now I'll be getting final smack with decent MF. I plan to do as many runs as I can today so hopefully I will have some actual updates tonight.
