the supreme leader, His person and His image are sacred. any negativity towards Him and his organization can and WILL be punished
the enforcers. they paid the supreme leader alot of money to access those positions. usually overzealous and hard to reason with, because they fear losing their title and privilege
opaque inner circles where aristocrats meet away from peasants
