No. You will still have everything expansion. You decide if you want to convert the characters or not after purchase of DLC.

If i convert will i still have all items and my chae like sorc pala will become dlc with all same loots as expansion? :)

I just converted a sorc. I think i had stuff (only random crap) in the shared stash which is now gone. I could be wrong though, I didnt log into bnet for years.
