You are correct about the cap on elite packs. definitely something I take into consideration while doing terror zones.
A good portion of the maps have a ratio of 80-90% elite packs spawned when being 40% through the map.
If I had to go through all 4 sides of arcane the numbers on it would be very poor. the 2 first ways you go will spawn pretty much 90%~ of the cap. Would even say around 70% of the cap spawns the first way you take.

got a question regarding Arcane:
did you run "the best" arcane way (opposite of red portal way - even ways, big platforms) as first way every time?
would you recommend running arcane 2way? it sounded like 1way/best way may be more exp/hour with fast loading times
