Throw the rest of your points into fist of fire (synergy only), and use 1 charged phoenix strike (meteor)/dragon talons to kill bosses
It takes down a P8 Baal in like 8 seconds. No CB is needed

its a bigger loss for lower strength builds, who don't have the massive base damage on kick
for example the one in video has 205-273 (239) base kick from stats, but the boots get an additional 859% ED on top of the 3120% tiger strike, so its like 239*32.2+116*42.59= 12636 kick damage
which is why diablo is losing about 12636*0.55*(1+11.1*1.4*1.45) = 163.5k hp per hit which is about 32% of his 512k hp, matching what you see in-game. albeit pretty big damage ranges, so there were some low roll kicks involved

Is visionary on helm any useful once you get your charges up?

Is this the build you are showing? I remember these were very strong back in the days aswell, without phoenix strike etc that is.

lets say you're attacking lord de seis

he'll drop from 100% to 0% hp, so 50% on average. He has 16691 base HP and 33% DR and 60% fire. So about 50% of the 2086 per crushing blow, reduced by 33% dr, and you only have 25% chance per attack. So on average, those goblin toe's +25% crushing blow adds ~175 life per attack in damage after reductions.
meanwhile that dragon tail deals ~12636 physical damage with 1110% fire, +40% fire damage, -95% resists. So about 8466 life lost to the physical component, and 177611 life lost to the fire component, combined about 186077 life per kick. I mean, besides any added crushing blow

once charges are up, all finishing moves are autohit and AR is not even used, that was a chance in patch 2.4
the only time you can miss is charging up, and infinity generally means you have 90-95% chance to hit due to its -% defense

there's really not much point in maxing blades of ice, like cobra strike its a 1 point for pretty much the full effect that will ever matter. The extra skill points after ts/dt/cot/ps are all pretty pointless, you can get a very very slight extra movespeed on burst of speed or % clawblock or all it matters.

Feels like less than half my kicks are registering or they're bugging. Like there's desync if I spam dtail kicks or rubber banding idk. Clunky and sketchy on HC when it's doing that and not leeching. Suggestions?

question.. say you dont have infin.. would a5 merc with plague and lawbringer be effective? with decrepify + lower resist ?

does the max strength really make such a big difference?

i wanna go high level and not risk dying too much or being oneshot

so i'll be using fade and full vita

would still work?
