May be an unpopular location, but I regularly run Worldstone Keep Lvl 1-3 + Throne and find awesome things there :)

Just recently found a 20-15 Griffon on lvl 1 and sold it for 5380 fg.

Hello fellow dane.
I have a lot of information posted in my profile.

Usually people grind lvl 85 areas to make sure they are able to get TC87 items.
Other than that density matters when farming runes. Only way to "target" farm runes would be areas with some type of ghosts like Arcane Sanctuary.

level 85 areas and immunities.

Sites like https://d2.maxroll.gg/ has guides to the majority of d2r subjects.

I clear path to ilvl 85 areas.

For ladder start worldstone levels in norm, and normal cows to find 0 soc crystal.

Farming torches is a great start for new players.. especially if they trade on here for their keys. It’ll help them get acquainted with trading on the regular and you will always profit.

It also makes it easy because they are only farming one item.. not the potential hundreds that drop throughout the game. Basic skill is required though and specific game knowledge.

It is a decent dedication early ladder to farm torches. I don't think that is good advice for someone that is solo running. You'd need 2 chars smiter/sorc, not actually sure what spec the sorc would need to be, but at least infinity which is expensive.
If you got a few buddies and can make P3 games and farm up what you need and rush each other ect this is a fantastic way to make extra fg, but someone going solo shouldn't bother.

The best areas to mf are areas where your character dominates. Clear speed and general apathy goes a long way.

Obviously lvl 85 areas are best, since there are no auto-fail checks on items due to alvl restrictions on TC 87 items.

Runes are tougher. Multiple fast runs are still the best. Density is key, imo.
