i like it, been theorycrafting around with this a bit

you don't think it's worth going for a beast weapon with HoW so that the grizzly and wolves actually hit hard and faster too?

btw where is the 5% crit from raven coming from?

most nonplayer units have 5% crit, ravens have it, other summons have it
you can definitely use beast on a summoner too, but it won't benefit ravens.

don't think you can go up to 163% fcr, no way you're sacrificing that much damage, but you can hit 99 on a stormshield setup easily and you can use spirit in non-physical matchups. A beast/spirit setup would need a 10% fcr ring though.

well its pvp and you might as well use a1 faith merc since it adds a ranged option instead of just more damage.

also I should have said 1 point spirit of barbs, since that matters for dueling any melee chars

yes im not sure if beast is worth it, seems like 1 raven does nearly the same dmg as 1 grizzly does lol

its a shame 163 costs too many skills, i think it could be nice to recast quicker

anyhow this build seems more than bonkers to me so cant complain.

i might even stack up on a reaper's toll might merc, zoo can protect him and he can apply nasty -50% dr that benefits ravens too in case someone decides to bm :-D

Look, I know this isn't your fault. You didn't make the stupid buffs... but if this works in practice I'm still blaming you

yeah its a lot of the shaman gameplay style
teleport in for one stomp, knowing they'll teleport out, and the best you can do is trip them up with a single interrupt to deliver the damage
actually makes me think 1 point volcano might also be advisable

I had a lot of extended duels against necros and druids with resummons and bone armor, but against zons/sorcs it was just stomps
against barbs/pallies I feel like the ravens are missing a whole ton of attacks, which makes me curious. Maybe its just them moving to avoid attacks, but the AR should be astronomical
+1600% ar on top of 85 base ar + 15*skill level + monlvl (3598 for level 90 in nonladder hell)
it also says their level is set to slvl+clvl-2, which means on a level 90 druid with 53 raven they're level 141 raven for to-hit purposes so they should truly have 95% chance to hit vs everything
I dunno, maybe I'm just seeing a lot of people avoiding attacks with their movement inbetween 75% block

maybe I need to read up on mechanics. Is the monlvl ar bonus added before or after %ar? or is the %ar glitched to not work at all here? If its working as intended, 75000+ ar. If its before monlvl, its ~18.5k ar. If its not working at all, 4500 ar

Yes. You can summon them with ravenlore and spirit and then switch to another helm like a grizzly helm + stormshield. They retain the stats they were cast at, and unlike skeles you don't have to worry about a max limit of minions being lowered at any level 5+ skill They will never vanish until you die in PvP, because 64 hits is like 385k damage dealt each before they vanish, you'll never see them unsummon except in pvm. And you can cast it in town at your stash, so its probably the easiest prebuff to do in the game, more convenient than demon limb

I think another thing worth noting would be flickering flame helm for any fire based matchup. Makes all your wolves/bear immune to fire.
Also you could absolutely use any defensive helm option you want if you're prebuffing. +3/3 helm is definitely the most damage for grizzly stomping, but you can get away just fine with raven damage alone, use oak sage, even put on a 163 fcr setup now that I think about it
Maybe 163 prebuffed is the way to go
