Curious if this change to firestorm/phoenix extends to other attacks as well. Would make phoenix a nice option for other melee classes too.

yeah a pally shield base with enhanced damage / attack rating instead of base resists

An overpowered shield that had to stay broken. It kills any build in vtpk if allowed

I have not tested it with other skills besides smite. I can try it later, but if anyone tests with this or other skills in the meantime, please let us know.
