Sure with 160/60 armor you could still easily reach 92 ias without sacrificing Pierce/AMP.

60 armor, 20 gloves, 15 Helm

You could keep atmas for AMP (huge damage boost and breaks immunes) and you could use guilli for CB.

That armor could be a bit hard to get and expensive at this point tho

On pvm phys dmg bowa its not worth sacrificing base dmg from gmb/wf

Agree GMB is the way to go for PVM

However, not so sure about the actual framebreaks now with lvl 15 fana?

So do I know need 92% ias in gear or not? As far as I understand it isn't necessary as Fana will give me roughly 33% ias.

u need 92% ias in gear + fana aura (lvl 11-15 doesnt matter)
