to achieve 5 fpa with only 46%ias like your video your fana aura must be in 38ias (lvl36+)
(120*(101 - 38 + -30)) / (120 - (101 - 38 + -30) = 45,51724137... = 46%ias
-> i wouldn't recommend use so high aura lvl, because fana aura has diminishing returns, so would take too much, thats why i use 37ias% (fana 27+) prolly fana 22 will work too i need some test for this one

*the credits for eias table and the bps of 5/4 fpa actually go for Gel87, i just double checked his calcs, with his calcs i could see the bps for berzerk axe too (crap lol)

my conclusion about smiter (pvm, bcuz i'm a scrub for pvp theorycraft) is easy to reach 5 fpa, 1 frame does a lot in this game..
so just use any grief pb + fana lvl27+ and other source of ias to reach 5fpa
if you wanna try 4 fpa, the things change a lot bcuz reach 194 is no easy task, achievable tho, i would love to see a uber against 4fpa smiter

With phaseblade+fana lvl 22 (36ias) the ias% needed is 50 ias% (5 fpa) and 200%ias (4fpa) -> would be cheap to reach 5 fpa but expensive to reach 4 fpa.

could be some shenanigans with the fps since blaze damage apparently scales by fps now hence why people are able to instakill ubers with firewall sorc https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x81LbBIgh3g&t

the theory about firewall that i heard is in d2lod some angles only did 1/3 of dmg, in d2r all angles do the actual dmg.. but yeah for now we have unlimited breakpoints capped only by diminishing returns (so high you can't actually reach)

^ the videos of clev3r, goomshil, roneye and dumyguy show the limited is not more the limit of fpa (before smite skill could only reach 6 fpa)

roneye and dumyguy showed the math for now is correct (but i need more guys doing the ias bp calcs, to backup this) at least for smitedins, the other 3 topics show many ppl calc sin, druid and even bowazon too

edit: for pvp i can't see use for this besides melee duels, pb can reach better fpas but zerk axe can reach better range.. (for smiter purpose of course)
