I feel it should be the person doing the rush as your not paying that person for drops just the rush itself. I have seen in the past people offer rushes with all drops go to the rushee. It's just one of those things when offering a service you outline what they are paying for and what is yours.

If not stated, it's FFA.

But like many mentioned usually the ones being rushed do die to 1 hit, so they should not be anywhere near the mobs, because it just slows everyone down if they die for no reason.

It depends on whether or not the item that drops costs more than the rush I would imagine

personally, always handled as ffa by default
strictly speaking - there is a specifc job to do and ppl are payed for it
in reality - not like anything ever drops during a rush or I'm close to action (quite the opposite), so chances are that it will go to the rusher anyway; but if something did drop next to me, I'd pick it up

I am actually a bit torn. I think the rushee shouldn't be near the action, because for one thing they will probably get one hit killed. So in that sense, why would the rushee be there to loot something that dropped?

Because they are lvl60 noobs with okay-ish characters who dont get 1hit who are also dealing 10% damage? This scenario is just as legit as someone being grushed with a lvl1 char

If the rushee helped kill the boss they can have a go at the loot, but to leech a boss kill and snatch loot is poor taste.

Lots of people do rushes with no such rules in mind (so FFA loot). If you want all the loot to yourself, you should state as much in your post, but then people might prefer other rush services to yours (for that 1 in a billion chance to pick up a HR). Getting angry at the rushee because they didn't agree to your unspoken rule is a dick move.

Loot is always ffa by design
Why would it be anything else?

Agreed. If you want the loot in your rush service, state it. Then I am free to choose another person doing rush services who do not have such a rule
