it gives nice crushing blow, vitality, increased attack speed










the speed on Lawbringer in a PB is best in game because it's a PB
(the only reason ZERKER grief is better vs grief PB is longer range: only for pvp is it better- eats durability and forces you to use a lot more ias% vs PB so in pvm PB is usually preferred)


LAWBRINGER you get a sick aura, looks cool, keeps you safe against Uber Meph's minions: and all undead


you get to DECREPIFY your enemies

Effect: Target's Speed, Damage and Physical Resistance -50%

at level 16 it will last 13 seconds,
at level 18 it will last 14.2

(it casts with a radius of 4 yards)


they will not hit as hard, nor as often, and will take double melee damage (increasing smite damage output)

for a melee dueler, to be decrepified is a horrendous situation



however the lawbringer does require a lem and a ko, and right now lems are fetching a premium

Crafted Gloves: 5-10%



so as you can see with black you can have 100% cb easily,

but you can easily reach 95% cb without it using guillames(35%) goblin toes(25%) rattlecage(25%) + 10% gloves

and you will also have the decrepify proc (still very in expensively)
