Are server IPs region locked?

getting similar IP's on EU and US aswell..like i said no way to tell actual game IP now. we only get to talk to the middle-man aka Google cloud when we connect to a game

gonna test tonight if its region-wide event or not.. yesterday we got some info (as posed in the update) but still not 100% sure... have to sell multiple sojs in different sell games to tell.
if its not region event, current dclone will be totally random and cannot be pre-planned

Like the fact that your going way out of your way to gather info. If I had the resources I would help as well. I remember back in the day I was always so intrigued by info of walking when it was mainly speculation and very little confirmed info. Looks like we are back to the early days of figuring out how to coordinate this stuff.
