Throw Barb is good through normal. All points to Dex. Basic javelins to start. Gamble/Shop if you have spare gold.

I mean throw barb is fastest, I leveld my barb this way to 99, but played ww or frenzy until 95. This makes much more fun imo

Eth warshrike and eth lacerator really but i meant for higher levels. 1-29 i just do double swing

Lvl 1-16 double swing (buy Scepters early, use IthElEth and/or TalTalTal Flail / AmnTir Flail / Black Flail or buy a3 Hammers and reroll until max dmg and open socket)
Lvl 16-18 throw choke potions
Level 18 - 31 Leap Attack (black flail / rhyme shield)
Level 31+ War Cry

Leap attack is crazy op until nm a2, can easily p8 with dogshit gear

Just go wc until you have gear for WW / throw barb
