Cmoon is a must for both enigma and viper set up for high player farming.
Use enigma for more life and mf, but much more difficult to cap res. You can take out 1 soj and use 7+fcr ammy + fcr ring + trangs/magefists. This set up is more expensive.
Viper set up for more gear flexibility and higher damage, but loses on mf + life.

downside to eni build is the lack of res. use a flickering flame merc and focus on high light res from gear and inv

example:
griffon new jewel
cmoon
eni
spirit
magefist
arach
2/17+/lr amu + double soj or 2/7+/lr + soj/fcr mana lr ring
silks or rare res boots, aldur if no FF merc

life/lr, fhr/lr, mf/lr scs

Did splendid as regular lightning sorceress 10-15 years ago when I last played it

You play P8 ?

I like cmoon/spirit for vita lightning
If using enigma you are probably using fcr gloves
If using viper you can use chance guards or dracs
Enigma will give you more MF and qol, and less resists. Requires more resist charms.
Viper will give more damage with a 5/5
Really just depends on the ammy you can get

I Like Hoto enigma on lightning Sorc, enigma stats are just so good for pvm frw, mF, strength, 2 all skills. 1 pt saved for teleport lol

Even Hoto and vipermagi is pretty good too, plenty enough for pvm.

Pretty much full gg on the gear once I have enigma, but ill need more resist charms and a better statted ammy eventually.
