I heard we shifted from the “Fruit Loops” universe back to the “Froot Loops” universe. I think it’s a distinct possibility that the HOTO existed in the “Fruit Loops” universe, and now that we are no longer there, the stash tab the HOTO was in is gone as well.. I would contact CERN and see if they know if their research is having any effect on D2R

If something poofed in d2r it wouldn't be a cheap item and it will be posted here ASAP in jsp so the issue would already be widely known by now.

Which is more likely? Someone duping a mere vex rune or hoto vs. someone scamming you? Placing my bets on the latter.
