foh if you don't mind sticking to the same areas. hybrid foh/hammer if you want to clear the whole game, with sometimes faster sometimes slower general kill speed vs pure hammer/foh. pure hammer probably isn't it but it isn't like it can't be pushed to 99, but it would not be the best run imo.

any other strategies or tips?

yeah i switch to foh hes better act 2 tombs but not as good at act 4/5 like hammerdin lol with lvl 95 monsters
