No, im using shift to stand still while killing packs i dont run ;p. 14k def 75 res all and 75 chance to block.

The potential vulnerability i was talking about was when moving from one pack to another (to get you placed), not when actively casting hammers.
I was just pointing that during that time, it's 0 def not 14k, since i assume you're running and not walking.
Depending on the level difference between you and the mobs, that means up to 25% of all incoming melee|ranged attack hits are successful.

I know that mechanics and even when i stand and dont move mobs for example on CS hit me very hard, i have 88lvl atm.

Assuming there isn't some secret nerf, or mob buff, it's likely a combination of multiple variables.
The missing 8% DR from enigma might be one of them, though it's not enough to explain the whole difference of course.

I spoke with some other ppl wich are playing also hammerdin and they have the same problem.. no idea whats going on.

How much life after buffs, and how much fire|cold|lightning uncapped resistances?
I ask because you were mentioning CS, and you get -55% quite frequently in there.

early hdin should use a shako, only worry about hellwardens once your running heralds
