Duriel still drops town portals sometimes.

well this or Andy dropping only a quivers , I think RNG can be a b**** , it always been possible to happen, but Elite dropping only potions or super unique dropping 1 item instead of 2 , i've never ever seen before , in legacy , in D2R or even 1st ROTW ladder ... something been broken hard

Did you actually manage to get arrows or bolts from Andy?
If yes, was it after 3.2?
I ask because those are technically absent from all her loot tables since D2R release.

I cant be sure at 100% but I think it happened to me a couple times years ago , even once : only arrows , nothing else , but its been isolated drops not like my actual problem where no dropping elites are common (almost 1 elite / countess run or so)
