So items frw is 83% as good as skill frw or am I misreading multiple different things lol

it just means that level 50 blaze for example (which gives efrw) gives as much speed as 300 frw from items on something that doesnt have skill frw (like an amazon)

i was refering to the table (it says 100 efrw = 300 frw)
