i also got a soj, from nm andy 3 months ago, no ladder, for the very first time in my life.

I have read that the best chance is in Nm andy (1 in 1500 i think), then normal baal (1 in 3500) then normal diablo (1 in 6000).

I usually don’t have bad luck getting an a soj, found probably dozens in my life. Not a high level item so you can find it almost anywhere in the game
