I'm asking because echoing strike is sort of a mess from day 1

Did people play pvp with it / against it?
Can't test it out
I just want to tweak my chars with their last Respecialization it's their last dance : duel to the death in hc :P

Opponent is on echoing strike so I wanna know if I dex or put more vit

It is terrible for pvp I wouldn't base anything around it.
