Rotting fissure sunder, bone break sunder (optional but does help with corpse explosion dps a lot) 5-7x PnB lifers, gheed's (optional), cube, torch, anni, 7x lifer/res small charms, 2x 5fhr/5res small charms
Cta flail/crystal sword on swap
Spirit monarch on swap
1 in all curses that require lower resist (alternatively if you get a White with lower resist and poison nova you can save skill points but you don't really need them)
20 poison dagger
20 corpse explosion
20 poison explosion
20 poison nova
1 bone armor
1 bone wall
1 in all summon skills except fire golem
1 point attract + confuse + dim vision if you want to use Attract for safety vs high lvl heralds. (Optional)
Rest of the points can go in whatever you want. I put them in revive for more meat shields.
