Would never happen. This site and site owner is extremely evangelical, or so I've been told. And my guess is the rules surrounding anything "vulgar' have been increased by a considerate amount... Considering I've looked at many posts in the general chat archive and they'll have threads like, "sexiest women I've ever seen" and it'll have pictures of women in bikini and nearly half naked with jiggling breasts etc.
I wasn't on the site when whatever rules changed, but I imagine they changed a bunch of shit over the years. You can't even make a JOKE that alludes to an adult website anymore. I've seen tons of posts that used f slur, n word, r slur etc in old posts and those posts weren't marked as inappropriate or against the rules. So something must've changed.
