i tried:

1- new pc pieces didnt work
2- reinstall with ptr didnt work
3- windowed mod didnt work
4- drivers updated didnt work

My pc :

Monitor: Samsung C27RG50FQM
Graphics Card: 4060 ti
Processor: i5-13600KF - 3.50 GHz
Motherboard: TUF GAMING Z690-PLUS WIFI
RAM: DDR4 3200Mhz 32gb (2x16gb)
SSD: Kingston SA2000M8500G 512GB


So the issue is you can't tp to town. Have you tried not doing that ?

Long shot but you could try set your graphics to min and test, possible your PC disagrees with one of the settings. Can then adjust and work out which one if so.

Low hanging fruit but have you checked temps? Could be an issue if it runs for a bit and gives up after the heat kicks in.

Wipe your pc and reinstall windows 11 and graphics drivers and it will fix your issue. Hit me up if you need help but that will definitely solve it

Have you tried turning it off and back on again? This usually fixes most issues.
