Ias breakpoints for pvm is actually pretty overrated. Its only meaningful for pvp.

30ias 55ias all totally fine since 1 or 2 shots kill everything even in p8 on 99fcr set up. New jewels and sunder pushed penetration harder thats why.

Im talking about high end. 99fcr with 55ias with tstroke is the strongest and quickest javazon spec in the game. Jmod facet is very overrated especially with new stuff

yes cheap alternative would be tstrokes + 35 fcr spirit + highlords but again he is asking for highest dmg.

and you also need 30/10/trires/hfd boots in that case scenario or ring with hfd
