have 13 points left
cold mastery is at level 17 with items (so -100)
anyone tried out frozen orb with blizzard? is it worth it put 13 points into frozen orb for variety or just put the remainings into cold mastery? I would mainly do TZ runs
Since they don't share cooldowns now, it is beyond worth it to max orb or AT THE VERY LEAST use orb along with blizz.
1- it slows enemies down, so you can hit them with blizz easier.
2- give or take double DPS
Also, ALWAYS max cold mastery after it's nerf.
