Yeah.

I dont know if youve done them with a smiter, but while im smiting them, they have this like .5 second phase where you cant click them so I have to run out of the mob and then re-engage... and the little guys just bopped him i think...

was him being a spectator part of the package? what was the point?

Yes, and jewel and refund obviously, but I feel terrible that I wasnt fast enough to get all his gear for him :(

2. Keep his jewel unid until you reach back
3. Give back as much loot you could recover from his corpse.
4. give him a big fat hug.

1. Reach out and return his jewel and gear for a modest convenience fee
2. Offer him a discount on grush and chaos runs, with group rates if he recommends you to his friends
