Then terror zones would actually be terror zones and not regular mobs with high level and better loot table.
I think most people don't want sunderflation because they sold some overpriced due to novelty. Gameplaywise, every single player is going to find a latent sunder at some point. Sunders have 6 variables now!
You ought to increase the drop rate otherwise no way to get a perfect one at some point. FHR/Mana/Life/+dmg and even mf are important.

i dont prefer the new sunders to be too common due to how powerful they are. of course, not as rare as now and certainly not using the current mechanic...but also not the current ptr iteration...i think it looks to be more common than gheeds?
as some have pointed out, perhaps the better way is to have the old sunders be available but slightly rarer than lod and have the powerful new sunders be very rare but with better drop mechanics. or if it is too troublesome to have 2-3 sunder versions, they can change make latent more common but change the renewed recipe to require some high runes or other rare materials

The new herald change is great so far imo. When you draw the ire, you should move backwards to safety otherwise yes they can spawn right on top of you. Also anecdotal but I got a sunder on PTR on T1 or T2 herald so I think they might be much more plentiful. Also seems like more heralds spawning too.

They don't spawn on top of you. They spawn at the monster which you killed that triggerd the. There's a few seconds delay, at which point an orange ball appears (kind of like chaos seal bosses).

I do agree this makes hc much more dangerous, but at least it's not some unavoidable mechanic.

I wish Sunders were still linked to only Heralds.. bots going to kill the market

It was the only late game MF hunt after 4+ weeks into ladder

They can still spawn on you on current version but its VERY rare , had it a few times in CS or on Andy . Playstation btw
