12 runs isn't a huge sample, but at the same time, the probability of pure RNG following your theory is extremely low (isn't it 1 chance on 4096?).
Interesting, i'll post the sequence of my next run, assuming it doesn't take me ages to get the statue i'm missing.

I'm just surprised nobody has noticed before me.
At first I only killed Talic, but then I didn't know about "Show items" on Toggle which unables name lock, so I got annoyed by Talic's WW so I thought I should go Korlic first.
Then got my first Lightning.
Did it again in the Korlic -> Talic -> Madawc order, and had Light again. Then I started to think when people say "Order" they could mean "full order from 1 to 3" and not "only last kill matters".
I'mma finish eat and go try it out right now.
