I would vote for any of the HRs to be able to drop 1:1

This would make Zod worth as much as any of the other runes.
Higher up should be more rare.
This would preserve it as equal value or maybe higher.

Maybe add 25% chance to destroy the runes.

it wouldnt if there was a rare item to shatter each tier to 2 below. personally id rather just allow player scaling in pub games only so bots cant hide but legit players arent screwed by their trade game or what not being unpopular to join. requiring loaders to hit 8p or being a streamer to be first 99 each season is bs.

There would have to be a massive penalty to break down runes and at that point you’re better off just trading on jsp or trading rune for rune, I don’t see this ever working out in a positive way
