Equip stormshield but do not go max block.

Then respec to max block.

See the difference yourself.

I think max block is worth it. Maybe not on java, but she has evade/avoid/dodge. And even then it's still good on her.

There are lots of physical damage power spikes in the game that will inevitably kill you if you don't take them into account. Damage reduction% and Block% are how you deal with that damage.

I think max block is worth it. But you don’t need to walk everywhere.

Generally speaking when engaging monsters you’re either teleporting on top of them or running to them-> stopping-> attacking. There aren’t all that many instances where you’re running past groups of mobs where the run/block reduction matters imo.
