They represent the playerbase that consists of the average casual tourist. The guy that screeches on and on about how he has 30 wives, 90 kids and 7 dogs to take care, so they cannot afford to grind the game anymore, so Blizzard should dumbify and make every aspect of the game super easy so they can blast through Hell without any struggles whatsoever. Their minds and attention spans have been warped with modern instant gratification gameplay loops. They also insist that offline solo p8 endless pvm grind is the only way to play and how everyone that has ever played D2 only plays that garbage. It doesn't help that all the 'content creators' for this game only showcase stupid offline gameplay and cater to that loud vocal minority.

Internet 'entertainers' and its consequences have been a disaster for the human race.
