I got stuck between town portal and south east wall in A3 this never happened to me before or not that I recall anyone got that ?


Act 2/3/5 all have multiple spots you can get stuck in if you try teleporting in from outside, especially a C/T teleport can get you stuck some unintended spots that the devs weren't able to test, because they didn't know about C/T casting.

No I took TP from Area like Trav or whatever to town, and got stuck from there, hugging south east wall. Didnt teleport from Spider forest to town

Only one TP, mine. 2 chars in action tho, it happened after killing a Herald and horker came in to pop corpse. If I recall it right, after horking I came back to main char PoV and he was stuck hugging the wall. Char went south west from TP.

I feel like this is the 2nd time this week I saw someone get stuck there after popping an Act 5 terror shard.

That info I can't remember off the top of my head, but you can get stuck around this area, if it's not in that exact spot it's definitely a spot that has that little wooden structure with the wooden spikes.

Speaking of act 3, let me share a little project of mine i never finished.
You see the wanderer character, that pops when you first enter the spider forest?
Well, according to his behaviour, he transforms into those slugs only when he has taken a certain amount of steps after a certain amount of time.
As some of you noticed, he can collide with the player, and some other objects.
But more interestingly, he can actually move south-west when the nearest north-east spot is blocked.
My idea was to make him enter town before he transforms, just to see what happens.
According to the timer that defines when he does, it's theoretically possible, just very hard to do in time.
Since it involves many failures, you definitely need a dummy chararacter that has the "wanderer encountered" flag clear (it basically works as a hidden quest).

can you not just create the game with a char that has the "flag" and then he leaves the game so it's available the next one too?

I forgot to mention that when it comes to his walking path, his AI has some randomness to it (same algorithm as the one used for town NPCs i believe).
Like, when the nearest north-east spot isn't available, he doesn't necessarily go south-west, he can go in other directions.
But for example, if NE, NW, and SE are blocked, he will definitely go SW.

EDIT 1 : Regarding the slugs, they seem to pop at fixed coordinates, no matter where the wanderer is, so making them enter town is probably out of the question.
However, the game might be checking if the wanderer is actually in the forest at some point, so who knows what happens if he's not.

EDIT 2 : There's a chance he has a defined walking area with limits (just like town NPCs), though i can't confirm that.
But there's also a chance they didn't give him one, thinking the timer would be enough.
