That would be 7 affixes lol
Boots are qlvl 3
30frw is alvl 37
They need ilvl 38 to roll it
You add +5 (clvl 43) to make sure you can gamble them even on the lowest randomized ilvl roll
my affix list is broken then.
where can i check char level affix list?
