You can use 2x Wiz on swap to tele (reaching 105fcr if you have 10fcr on ring)

if you want to upgrade your build after that, you need a good inventory of +max/ar/life charms

frenzy is very bad - 1 point in ww is more dps then frenzy
act 5 merc is bad
last wish is bad
