You're not wrong! But the in-game chronicle menu only tells you what you've unlocked and not what you haven't. I needed something to show me which ones I was missing. The excel spreadsheet saves you from having to make a printed check list and doing the annoying process of elimination. The added required runes tracker is nice too and makes it easy to build a shopping list.

Updated: "Hustle" rune word to "Hysteria" and "Mania" to reflect name change in recent patch.

Suggestion: Convert columns A-K into a table w/ filters so we can filter by number of sockets, or by item base types. I'm currently using the sheet to see which socketed items in my stash I can use up in pursuit of the chronicle, and noticed that would be helpful to have.

edit: attempted doing this the easy way and realized it will mess up the "remaining runes" counting, so it's a little more involved than I thought

You're right and I ran into that at one point. Filters will offset rows/columns for the remaining runes data in the background and probably mess up the count. I could possibly solve that problem by putting the counting on a separate sheet. Alternatively, you can try "sorting" by the "number of sockets" or "item base" columns as opposed to "filtering." That should work without breaking the count.

Noticed that Mosaic is labeled as Ladder but needs to be switched to non-ladder since Blizz stealthily changed that with ROTW release. Actually, it's more accurate to say it's in a unique category of "non-ladder ONLY," right?
