I like my lock without enigma better than most classes.

I only play cleave warlock. I call it fly swatter lock, whap. The most fun warlock build in my opinion. Not a lot of gear options if you want to hit 125 fcr and annoying attack rating requirements to the point I'm using blessed aim Merc but like I said super fun to play.

Is it as op as echoing strike, not a chance. It's similar to a phsycial Nova.

I've tried fire lock, echoing strike and they just weren't for me.

To answer your question, echoing strike warlock is very doable without enigma, you just need to focus on farming cows, Trav and chaos. Full horizon set and wth insight cv will easily kill p8. Worth a try for sure because they must nerf echoing strike.

Echo strike needs Attack rating to hit,

Bind demon HP cut in half

3 echo instead of 4 from mirror strikes

2% dmg synergy rather than 5%

Doesn't fix them but it's a good start

You'd be surprised. How efficient warlock actually is, is worth the grush and leveling. Can do super cheap build and p8 easily. Up to you but I would recommend trying it out.
