I could see you clearing A4 relatively well. Regardless, you don't "need" to teleport.

You are fine walking the Act's as you are already traversing the entire map. Walking isn't gonna be crazy slower as long as you keep moving. Use Vigor in between Concentration.

Having Teleport would help you position your Hdin, but not required. You'll just need to learn to kite NPC's. Get them to chase you, pop a few hammers, run back, pop a few hammers, run back, pop hammers, etc.

*TZ farming is done in large player quantity games because the game gets tougher and more XP with 2/4/6/8 Players. With 3/5/7 players, the game drops better items.
In short, more players = better loot/xp. So, everyone picks one Act to use a Worldstone Shard on and you each clear your own Act. TZ monster's drop iLvl of whatever the TZ level is, usually 96 for the best games. This means that it has the highest chance to drop the best modded Rare items and better quality uniques.

Best of luck and have fun!

Honestly you just need more levels. A tzone is usually level 96 so monsters are 20 levels higher than you. That means you get hit almost every time you dont block. I had the same problem until I got to level 90 and now its seems like like I barely get hit at all even though I only have 50% block
