Well, this was the first valuable drop that we found, my ladder reset group and I
~3 hours in, from hell Duriel

Couple of examples from drop tables:

War Traveler Baal Hell: 1:4100
Gore Rider Baal Hell: 1:2900

War Traveler Summoner Hell: 1:32600
Gore Rider Summoner Hell: 1:23000

So you get the idea.
