could been perfect for portal barb but missing 1%

niche use case where a 10fcr rare wouldnt do for the wanted break point. lvl30 rare ammys can get stupid good rolls with like 60life and 90mana

not sure if you can get more than 10fcr from a lvl30 ammy that also has +2 to a skill tab.... but i wouldnt expect anyone to spend big on this.

I think replenish life is most important for lld. U can get like +10
