Maggot 1min -> Rusher drops cube in Town (he will get a new one in A3 Travi)
Arcane 1min, always 4th way -> Person rushed talks to Atma/Meschif after
Duriel tomb 30seconds -> Rusher drops TP 1 for inserting staff, Person rushed goes back to town and wait for TP 2 in front of Tyrael to talk to

A3
Organs highly depend on rusher skills and RNG,
i go with 3min including clearing Trav in between so you dont have to wait for Hydra to despawn
while the orb is gettin destroyed, rusher can already tele meph
30 seconds for meph

A4
Fast CS seals -> 40seconds

A5
30 seconds because loading times and clear spot down the stairs


So i consider fast pace at around 9min

Harem TP is for after you speak to Tyrael.
Take Harem TP, speak to Jerhyn, take Harem TP, go Meshif.
