rebalancing Mosaic is in the making but was not ready for ROTW release
restricting Mosaic to nonladder only ensured even more ppl play WL / buy ROTW in the first place
yea, give them a break. they only had 10 ladder seasons to fix mosaic and its obviously a difficult task. theyve been working on it nonstop looking for a fix but all they have been able to come up with was a new DLC to make people forget about it
