This is a pretty solid take and kind of leads to the idea that this is mostly preference and personality type if you are a gambler who hopes to hit the one big score of a 45 lifer or jmod or sell the supplies and crafting materials for a lower but more dependable floor.
It isn't even a question at least IMO because the gamble isn't the risk/reward you think it is.
Jmod - 4k-5k right now
Pcomb 45life - 5k right now
I'm not really sure how to research 6/40's though as the results are pretty hard.
But even if a 6/40 was 8kfg it winds up not mattering as by the time you roll a pcomb 45life vs 6/40 javs, the charms would have given you other results to make up for the 3k fg difference most likely.
